Troubleshooting Login Problems
If you are experiencing issues with login into the private sections of this site, your browser must ba able to receive and save cookies. Cookies may be blocked by too strict browser privacy settings or by a firewall.
First case: the user has changed its browser privacy settings.
The following steps should solve this issue (move the mouse over the thumbnails to see full size images)
Please select your browser:
Internet Explorer
- In Internet Explorer 7 click on "Tools" at the top-right of the window.
Select "Internet Options". 
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
In the center of the "Privacy" tab screen, click on "Sites". 
Write http://www.softtax.com as the address and click on Allow. Then click on OK

- Click on OK
- Restart the browser
- go to http://www.softtax.com/index.php?click2=sut_web_auth and login
Opera
From the "Tools" menu click on "Quick preferences", then ensure that "Enable cookies" is checked

Second case: the firewall on the user's computer system has changed.
